Job Description
We are looking for an experienced FPSO Project Control Lead to support a major FPSO Engineering Package. The assignment will initially be based in Paris, followed by mobilisation to Asia, with an expected duration of at least 24 months.
- Lead project control activities across cost, schedule, progress, forecasting and reporting.
- Establish and maintain project control procedures, tools and reporting systems.
- Monitor project performance against approved budgets, schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management and contractors to ensure accurate progress measurement.
- Prepare regular project control reports, dashboards and management updates.
- Identify deviations, risks and trends and provide corrective action recommendations.
- Ensure consistency and reliability of project control data throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in project controls within the Oil & Gas / Offshore industry.
- Strong experience on FPSO projects
- Solid knowledge of cost control, planning, progress measurement and reporting.
- Experience working in multicultural and international project environments.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to mobilise to Asia during the project phase.
