This position is for Venus project - deep offshore Project.

Job Description

• The service is managed by the Project Human Resources Administrator.

• Providing Assistance to Human Resources Admin. on all aspects related to Frame contracts / contracts with Technical Assistance Companies;

• Implement Project Group Frame Contracts with Technical Assistance Companies;

• Managing the tendering process up to Call-off Order award using appropriate tools such as VMS Ulysse, • Managing interviews with proposed designees

• Ensuring Working Scheme Conditions are applied,

• Preparing required documents (Purchase Requisition, Recommendation to Award) for allowing C&P Leader issuing the formal service order through SAP

• Managing renewals as necessary using appropriate tools such as VMS Ulysse

• Collecting and administrating confidentially all the documents required in contracts;

• Ensure working visa process is properly managed by TAS agencies for reaching a smooth mobilization of expatriate people,

• Maintaining up to date the personnel databases and manpower plan,

• The Service holder shall observe strict confidentiality during all the course of the Project (GDPR application).

Qualifications

  • English: Professional working proficiency (mandatory – written and spoken).
  • French: Working proficiency is an advantage 
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Additional certification in procurement, contract management, or HR administration is a plus.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR coordination, contract administration, or Technical Assistance Service (TAS) management within the Oil & Gas or major industrial project environment.
  • Proven experience managing frame contracts and call-off orders with Technical Assistance Companies.
  • Hands-on experience with tendering processes, including the use of tools such as VMS Ulysse (or equivalent procurement platforms).
  • Familiarity with SAP processes (Purchase Requisitions, Recommendations to Award, service order issuance).
  • Experience in expatriate mobilization, including working visa coordination with agencies.
