- Full-time
Company Description
IOTA GROUP is seeking an experienced Senior Well Site Geologist to support a major offshore drilling campaign in Namibia.
This 12-month assignment is primarily offshore and operates on a 4-weeks-on / 4-weeks-off rotational schedule, with occasional onshore activities in Windhoek, Lüderitz, or Walvis Bay as required by project operations.
Acting as the lead geological authority at the wellsite, the successful candidate will provide real-time geological interpretation, formation evaluation, and operational support during the drilling of exploration, appraisal, and development wells in challenging deepwater and HPHT environments.
Working in close collaboration with drilling teams, service companies, and onshore subsurface specialists, the Senior Well Site Geologist will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and geologically optimized execution of drilling operations while supporting critical well delivery and reservoir evaluation objectives.
