Job Description
This role is part of the DACH Marketing team, responsible for planning, organizing and executing all activities related to the Customer Experience Center, located in our German headquarters in Freiburg, Germany.
Additionally, this position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our experience center, where healthcare professionals and other external audiences can interact with and learn about Intutive’s innovative medical devices.
Furthermore, this position will be responsible for managing the overall experience center operations, including scheduling, and coordinating visits, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring a welcoming and informative environment for visitors. Moreover, the role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support marketing initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for all event-related logistics at the Customer Experience Center.
- Liaise closely with internal (all relevant Ecosystem functions) and external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and seamless preparation, execution and follow up of the events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver engaging and informative experiences for visitors, showcasing the benefits and features of our medical devices.
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of the experience center for events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Track and report metrics on visitor engagement and satisfaction, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in medical devices.
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy environment in the experience center, ensuring that displays and interactive exhibits are in excellent condition.
- Manage the inventory and supplies of the experience center, ensuring availability of materials and equipment for demonstrations and presentations.
- Contribute to the support of other marketing events as needed.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or healthcare or equivalent experience in marketing, event management, communication.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in event organization or a similar role, preferably in the medical industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or special projects.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong interest in medical technology.
- This position requires exceptional written and verbal skills in German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
