This highly collaborative team is responsible for crafting, evolving, and protecting Intuitive’s look and feel, and activating across products, business units, and global regions. The design team focuses on the creativity and quality of our visual storytelling, ensuring all brand and marketing touchpoints reinforce Intuitive’s brand value.

As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll design for all channels including product initiatives, sales enablement, social media, video, and event coverage. This is a highly collaborative role that requires working closely with the Creative Director of Global Brand as well as writers, producers, product teams, and business unit marketers to craft compelling methods to bring our products, core values, and customer stories to life.

Our ideal candidate? A motivated self-starter who can iterate quickly, work artfully within a set system, knows how and when to flex the system, and advocates for compelling and inspired solutions. Design and production. Print, digital, and motion. This role requires the ability to work from conceptualization to completion and the flexibility of working in-house and with external agencies.

What You'll Do:

  • Approach problems holistically. Be an influential design leader that helps your cross-functional peers define and envision creative opportunities.
  • Iterate. Iterate. Iterate. The ability to translate a brief into multiple creative solutions embracing quick and collaborative ideation and out of the box thinking.
  • Socialize new insights and ideas with a strong design rationale, grounded in business goals. Your leadership will invite the team to act to ensure better customer and business outcomes.
  • Embrace systems thinking. Know how to create dynamic work within a framework and skillfully evolve the framework to meet product, channel, and regional needs.
  • Collaborate with other designers and writers as well as media production, project management, account team, brand, and product strategists to create thoughtful and strategic solutions that evolve our company’s brand’s presence.
  • Think strategically and understand all aspects of communication channels including web, event, social, print, and video with the ability to create wireframes, mood boards, and storyboards to communicate design intent.
  • Execute designs from conception to final mechanical hand-off to print and/or digital production teams.
  • Proactively communicate project status across teams, clients, and departments.

Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, and Training:

  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master’s degree in graphic design and related work experience
  • Minimum 9–12 years of design experience, preferably within the tech space at an agency or in-house brand team
