Job Description
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Support day-to-day clinic coordination within an established occupational health program focused on employee health services, employee wellness, medical surveillance support, health record management, and organized clinical workflows in a professionally managed healthcare environment.
Working alongside clinical and administrative leadership, the Occupational Health Coordinator supports appointment coordination, employee health workflows, documentation tracking, wellness activities, and organized clinic operations.
Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 hours/day)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative workflows supporting occupational health clinic operations and employee health program activities
- Schedule medical surveillance appointments and track completion of required health, safety, and training requirements
- Maintain health records and documentation in accordance with applicable privacy laws, medical protocols, and organizational policies
- Support occupational health workflows including medical surveillance, drug testing coordination, medical clearances, and related documentation activities
- Coordinate communication and information flow among clinical staff, leadership personnel, and authorized stakeholders
- Support inventory tracking, procurement coordination, and supply management activities for clinic operations and medical supplies
- Support employee wellness initiatives, health awareness activities, and clinic coordination programs
- Assist with documentation review, completion tracking, and resolution of identified workflow discrepancies
Qualifications
Requirements
- Experience supporting administrative coordination within a healthcare, occupational health, or clinical environment
- Ability to coordinate appointments, documentation workflows, completion tracking, and health record management activities
- Working knowledge of privacy requirements, medical documentation handling, and regulated healthcare environments
- Ability to support medical surveillance tracking, employee health program coordination, and compliance-related workflows
- Strong organizational, communication, and interdisciplinary coordination skills
- Ability to complete required background screening, onboarding, and site access requirements
- Ability to work within established healthcare safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance protocols
Preferred
- Previous experience supporting occupational health or employee health programs
- Experience working within regulated or government-supported healthcare environments
- Experience supporting healthcare inventory coordination, wellness programming, or multidisciplinary clinic operations
