We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a vital part of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive and seamless experience when interacting with our company. Your primary role will be to assist customers, answer their questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized customer records, including contact information, interactions, and issues resolved.

  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the customer service department.

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities.
  4. Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
  5. Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call/chat volumes.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
