Job Description

As our national footprint continues to expand, strong tender coordination and commercial discipline are essential to converting opportunities into wins. The Bid Coordinator supports the national sales function by strengthening commercial discipline and helping the business convert opportunities into wins as we continue to grow.

Working closely with sales, marketing, projects, engineering, finance, and leadership, this hands‑on role suits someone who thrives under pressure, confidently manages competing deadlines, and brings structure, follow‑through, and commercial judgement to complex, fast‑moving sales activity.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Tender & Bid Coordination

  • Coordinate and submit national tenders, EOIs, RFQs, and proposals across sales opportunities.
  • Manage bid timelines and requirements to ensure accurate, compliant, and high‑quality submission

Document Control & Submission Management

  • Maintain version control, approvals, and final submission packs across multiple bids.
  • Prepare and maintain proposal documents, templates, bid libraries, and supporting materials.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Drive and coordinate inputs from sales, marketing, engineering, projects, finance, and leaders, comfortable holding stakeholders accountable to agreed deadlines.
  • Act as the central point of contact during active bids to keep contributors aligned and on track.

Qualifications

You are a highly organised, proactive commercial support professional with experience coordinating tenders, proposals, or complex business documentation. You take pride in producing accurate, polished work and keeping stakeholders aligned to deadlines. You bring strong document control, communication, and follow-through, along with the ability to work close to the sales process and support broader commercial momentum.

  • Proven experience in bid coordination, tender administration, proposals, or similar commercial sales support roles.
  • Ability to interpret tender requirements, display strong written communication skills and manage compliance‑driven submissions.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing deadlines.
  • Exposure in infrastructure, construction, energy, electrical, technology, or related sectors will be highly regarded.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
