Job Description
We are seeking an experienced NASA SEWP Program Manager to oversee and manage contracts under the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal government contracting, direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts, and the ability to ensure contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall execution and administration of NASA SEWP contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NASA SEWP Program Office, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP contract requirements, federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and company policies.
- Coordinate contract deliverables, reporting, modifications, and task order management.
- Monitor contract performance, schedules, risks, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Support proposal development, contract transitions, and business development efforts related to NASA SEWP opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical, finance, contracts, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track contract metrics and prepare status reports for leadership and customers.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance contract performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with government customers and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing Federal Government contracts.
- Minimum 1 year of direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts.
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or Program management degree.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on NASA SEWP contract management experience.
- Knowledge of NASA procurement policies and contract administration.
- Experience working with government customers, subcontractors, and prime contractors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior exp as NASA SEWP PM or Deputy PM.
