Territory Manager-Franchisee
Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Lead Generation & Sourcing: Find prospects via events, data mining, referrals,
  2. networking, and cold outreach.
  3.  Prospect Qualification: Evaluate potential franchisees' capability, credibility, and
  4. commitment.
  5.  Sales & Negotiation: Present the franchise model, explain the value proposition, and
  6. close deals, meeting acquisition/revenue targets.
  7.  Onboarding & Training: Manage the full process from documentation to initial
  8. training and support.
  9.  Strategy & Reporting: Develop growth strategies, provide market feedback, track
  10. competitors, and report on performance.
  11.  Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams
  12. Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  13.  Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA
  14. preferred).
  15.  Experience: Sales, B2B, or franchise development experience in financial service
  16. industry.
  17.  Skills: Negotiation, communication, relationship building, strategic planning, data
  18. analysis, and strong presentation.
  19.  Attributes: Self-discipline, ambition, goal-orientation, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA
preferred).
 Experience: Sales, B2B, or franchise development experience in financial service
industry
