Job Description – Sr. Executive (DMC – Australia Market)

About Client

Client is a leading global travel distribution platform, empowering travel agents and partners with seamless booking solutions, strong supplier network, and destination expertise. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Sr. Executive – DMC (Australia Market) to strengthen our operations and client support in Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B travel queries for Australia region (FIT, Groups, MICE).
• Design customized itineraries, prepare costings, and deliver accurate quotations.
• Liaise with hotels, suppliers, and ground partners in Australia for best deals.
• Negotiate rates and ensure competitive pricing for partners.
• Manage end-to-end booking operations: confirmations, vouchers, documentation, and problem resolution.
• Keep updated on Australia tourism trends, visas, attractions, and experiences.
• Support internal sales teams with destination training and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or related field.
• 3–6 years of DMC experience, specifically in Australia market.
• Strong knowledge of Australia hotels, sightseeing, and activities.
• Good command of MS Office, booking tools, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure.
