Job Description
This role is responsible for developing Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) and supporting documentation required for planning, implementation, and operational activities within a Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) environment. The position ensures documentation supports system certification, regulatory compliance, and alignment with CMS expectations by translating complex business and technical concepts into clear, well-structured written materials. The role collaborates closely with business units, technical teams, vendors, project management, budget offices, and other stakeholders across the program.
