3. Proficient at handling various Administration Activities and Liaison with external& internal partners for seamless execution of Projects.
4. Excellent Communicator & Negotiator with exceptional Analytic & Problem Solving Ability.
5. Highly motivated and goal-oriented with expertise in People Management,Relationship Management and Co-ordination.

Job Profile:

1. Providing inputs for finalising concept design of the new projects.
2. Preparing Project Master Schedule & monitoring.
3. Co-ordination between the In-house departments like Marketing, Purchase, Legal, Administration, Facility Management & the site.
4. Co-ordination between Architects & Consultants.
5. Making Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Projects department & its implementation.
6. Preparation of Budget & monitoring through MIS.

BE-Civil and PG Diploma in Project Management/MBA from premier institute.
