1. Managing the entire sales cycle from building relationships with customers & 

real estate brokers, initializing contracts, negotiations and closures.
2. Defining and executing sales plans
3. Identify& create new business opportunities and develop proposals for bulk 
deals
4. Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products related to 
property industry
5. Client relation, recovery / collections

Graduate with min. 3years experience in real estate.
