Leading Oil & Gas refinery company 

i) Minimum 8-10 years experience in the petrochemical field as an Analyzer Technician with diploma in Instrumentation/electronics background with strong analytical hands on field experience.
ii) Checks the functionality of ON-LINE analyzers in the plant and observes the sample conditioning system. Carries out preventive maintenance of analyzers as per schedule and corrective maintenance as per requirement of operations.
iii) Experience in analyzer related work such as design, engineering and maintenance procedures, calibration, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.
iv) Should have good knowledge in basic chemistry and refinery and petrochemical processes.
v) Should be able to interpret, recommend and implement analyzer engineering design changes.
vi) Should have sufficient experience in handling different models of analyzers .
vii) Should be able to understand and troubleshoot analyzers sample conditioning systems.
viii) Should be able to review and recommend analyzers spare parts, and update analyzers documentation system.
ix) Should be able to utilize a computer and related analyzer hardware and software such as Analyzer workstations.
x) Should be an expert in the analyzer sample systems and be able to evaluate and implement modifications On-Line Analyzers Sample Conditioning and Sample Recovery Systems. He shall conduct field surveys and recommend remedies and sample filtration if required to resolve analyzers’ pressure, flow and contamination problems affecting the performance of the analyzers Sample Handling Systems.
Should initiate, review and optimized On-Line Analyzers Preventive Maintenance Procedures and Schedules.
