• Knowledge of Interior Civil with regards to Layouts, Electrical Work, Fabrication, HVAC, Firefighting
• Should preferably have knowledge of AutoCAD with ability to asses /design layout
• Analyze and assist in preparation of BOQ’s
• Preparation of project flow chart and scheduling of project activities
• Identification of vendors/suppliers for various materials and products required in Miniplex project
• Analysis and negotiations on quotes/rates list received from vendors/suppliers
• Taking care of Maintenance and operational work of Head Office and Miniplexes

BE - Civil/ DCE with 3 to 6 yrs experience.  Preference to experience in fit-out or finishing experience.
