Job Description

This role is based in our Menara Skymind Penang office.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Operations Specialist to support and optimize our marketing campaigns across multiple shows and platforms. This role combines hands-on email marketing execution with strategic digital campaign management, requiring both tactical precision and analytical thinking to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing Support

  • Build, schedule, and deploy marketing emails as assigned
  • Conduct thorough QA of email campaigns, ensuring accuracy of links, dates, imagery, CTAs, and formatting prior to deployment
  • Maintain email calendars and coordinate send schedules in collaboration with Marketing Managers
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights on email performance and audience engagement

Digital Strategy

  • Lead data-driven experiments, A/B testing, and performance analyses to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Quantify and analyze campaign results, providing actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Balance competing priorities across multiple teams and projects, offering clear reasoning and strategic solutions

Marketing Operations & Project Coordination

  • Track campaign milestones, project deadlines, and key marketing deliverables to ensure timely execution
  • Support daily marketing operations and prepare promotional materials for marketing campaigns
  • Assist marketing colleagues with data preparation and collation for routine marketing tasks
  • Provide flexible support for additional ad hoc marketing tasks as assigned by the team

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Hands-on expertise with key marketing platforms: Marketo and Salesforce

Essential Skills

  • Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools, particularly Salesforce and Marketo
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
