Job Description
- The financial sector professional exercises complete responsibly for managing a business operation that increases business, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating and monitoring all marketing, collection, branch operation and personnel development activities.
- Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective business opportunities and develop forecasts and business plans in coordination with the Regional Head (RH) for the branch.
- Attain yearly/monthly business targets of different products of the company for both asset and deposit products in accordance with company policy and companys business principles with the assistance of the team members.
- Ensure Portfolio quality through supervision of the collection activities of the Branch.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch to include operations, customer service, human resources and administration in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals of the branch.
- Ensure that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed.
- Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each branch team members of all the business and support teams in coordination with HR and RH.
- Take on the responsibility for evaluation of all employees as and when required in line with companys HR policy and in coordination with RH.
- Communicate effectively with RH by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
- Cooperate & coordinate fully with the Credit Department towards expediting the approvals of the business proposals in line with company's credit policy.
- Evaluate regularly the effectiveness & efficiency of the branch operation based on Internal Audit Report, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained. Thus improving the overall efficiency of the Branch.
- Manage the branch honestly, follow high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations and company`s code of conduct.
- Ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash
- Any other duties, such as special projects, that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor`s and/or Master`s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Economics or any other relevant discipline from reputed Institution/University.
Additional Information

Banks, Insurance, Investment/Merchant Banking, Leasing - Age 25 to 35 year(s)
- The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Branch Management, Customer Relation, Relationship, SME Banking, Specialize Leasing Operation (Monitoring / Collection, Credit Administration)
- The candidate must have excellent communications skills and good command in English.
