Job Description

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our Tech HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, employment documentation, HR administration and employee experience. You will work closely with different teams to ensure that new joiners have a smooth and positive start in the company.

What you will do

  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments and other HR documentation.
  • Support employee administration processes, including new hires, contract changes, leaves and exits.
  • Keep employee records updated in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Ensure HR documentation is accurate, compliant and properly stored.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Work with Hiring Managers, IT, Payroll, Facilities and other teams to ensure everything is ready before the employee’s start date.
  • Support new joiners during their first weeks, acting as a point of contact for HR-related questions.
  • Help improve onboarding, HR administration processes and employee experience.
  • Support HR reporting, data maintenance and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related area.
  • Around 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in HR Operations, HR Administration, Onboarding or Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience with employment contracts and HR documentation.
  • Good knowledge of HR administrative processes and employment-related compliance.
  • Experience using HR systems or digital HR tools.
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in a technology or fast-paced environment is a plus.
