Job Description

  • Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
  • Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources.
  • Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Respond to and resolve basic identity and access management issues and inquiries in a timely manner, collaborating with other team.
  • Ensures that requests for access rights are processed according to contractual deadlines and in a correct manner.
  • Perform password reset
  • Respond to phone calls from clients, providing assistance and answering inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensures weekend and holiday standby when required

Qualifications

  • Experience or training in a related technical or IT support role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with Active DirectoryRSA and HID platforms (MFA).
  • Basic knowledge of Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (O365).
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially by phone.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a professional attitude.
  • Fluent in French (B2 level) and English (B1 level minimum).
