•         Design, Configure and Implement VoIP Telecommunications Systems and Solutions.
•         Perform moves, adds and changes to VoIP Systems.
•          Troubleshoot, maintain and repair systems according to manufacturer specifications.
•          Achieve and maintain current levels of software certifications.
•          Work with end users to train, provide technical support and ensure complete satisfaction.

•   Associate Degree or Comparable Certification.
•   3+ years demonstrated experience in LAN design and implementation.
•   Extensive knowledge and experience with QoS, VLAN, SIP, T1, PRI and MPLS Technologies.
•   Extensive knowledge and experience with network engineering / IT management / telecommunications.
•   Extensive knowledge and experience with router and network switch programming and troubleshooting.
