Job Description

What is Business Development in the Digital Marketing space? It is the creation of long-term value for an organization from customers, markets and relationships!” It is Sales, it is Partnerships and its Hustling.

We’re looking for a B2B Business Development Representative ace who will add long-term value to inSegment by creating opportunities, opening new floodgates, elevating prestige and broadening access to further growth.

You will help support marketing campaigns, identify and qualify buying interest and nurture the leads in the target accounts. You will be assigned to a Senior Executive to assist in all of these activities.

You need to see beyond the horizon when working on our long-term market growth. Identifying opportunities where others overlooked.  

Building and nurturing relationships by ensuring positive first impressions and subsequent experiences is critical. By driving excitement, being creative and building a long-term valuable relationship will help build the customer base. Every call is crucial!  

Having high-energy, superior communication skills, proven track record of setting appointments and lead follow through is a MUST!!!

Responsibilities:

•Continuous prospecting, cold calling, and emailing to book appointments

•Research accounts to understand need, enable effective follow-up, and generate interest

•Track and forecast all sales activities using inSegment’s CRM system

•Exceed activity metrics for outbound calls, emails, appointments set, and opportunities created

•Proactively look for opportunities to improve, optimize end-to-end lead management and other sales and marketing processes

•Keep abreast of new product features, customer success stories

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

•Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years’ work experience.  Agency experience a plus!  B2B Sales a MUST

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Excellent listening skills.

•Ability to lead conversations and ask open-ended questions.

•Self-starter with a passion to learn how to solve complex problems and business analysis.

•Must have previous digital marketing services sales skills!
