• Collect and align use cases for new products, new features, or improvement projects.
• Provide customer feedback (voice of customer) to highlight technology issues and proactively identify new opportunities for product improvement.
• Local contact point for customers for information about current and future IMS developments
• Demo execution support
• Contribute to prepare presentations for customer management or executive meetings.
• Support customer communication during roll-out of new tool generations and features
• Participate to conferences, meetings, events for promotion of IMS products, industry networking and info collection.
• Competitor analysis
• Collect and report information about customer tool usage.
• Define technical requirements for new products, new features, or improvement projects.
• Accountable for Coordination of customer collaboration projects
• Request and track technical deliveries from IMS HQ in line with program schedule.
• Help transferring knowledge from customer collaboration projects to operations/local teams.
• Channel customer requests and product issues through the organization

• Master´s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from reputable university.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Solid experience in conducting product demonstrations and performing data analysis.
• Ability to define product requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams to drive product development. Familiarity with technical concepts is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify product gaps, prioritize features, and propose data-driven solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and produce clear and concise reports.
