Junior Consultants (Supply Chain & Operations)
- Part-time
- Office: Malmö
Company Description
Job Description
We’re currently looking for talented students eager to pursue a career in management consulting to join us in Malmö as a junior consultant within our supply chain and operations team.
What you’ll do
As a junior consultant in operations strategy, you’ll get the opportunity to work on strategic projects in the supply chain sphere – and to explore how advanced analytics and AI are transforming operations.
The job will be tailored to your skills and interests, but you’re expected to be curious about deepening your knowledge and expertise in operations or supply chain management.
In this role, you’ll be involved in projects that span the supply chain, from sourcing and planning to manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. As part of any initiative, you’re expected to apply AI-enabled methods and tools in your client work.
Your tasks will vary, but likely include:
Collaborating with a variety of clients – from large industry-leading organisations to small and mid-sized businesses – to analyse and optimise their supply chain operations
Developing sustainable supply chain strategies that balance cost, service, resilience, and emissions
Preparing and assisting in driving digital and AI-enabled operations and supply chain transformations
Creating strategic communication and decision-making materials
Preparing and conducting presentations and engaging workshops
What you’ll bring
At Implement, we always put people first, and so the most important thing is that you are engaged, curious, empathetic, and enjoy collaborating with others.
That said, we’re looking for students who are about to begin pursuing their master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, strategic management, business management, information systems, industrial automation, or a related field – and preferably with excellent results to show for it.
On top of that, the right candidate:
Has solid analytical skills and a flair for problem-solving
Is able to maintain a holistic view while being nerdy about a specific topic
Has great communication skills and is fluent in written and spoken English
Wants to become part of the management consulting industry and collaborate in project teams
Appreciates a flat organisation where results are more important than hierarchy
Can handle a high level of autonomy and drive engagement across initiatives
Is curious about how AI and advanced analytics will transform operations and supply chains
If you’re also flexible and able to work independently under changing conditions, you will fit right in here at Implement.
You should be available to start from January 2027 and work approx. 20 hours a week in parallel with your studies.
What we offer
We offer a student job in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, Scandinavian-based consultancy where you’ll become involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and analytical skills to the next level.
We highly value your professional and personal development, and offer internal training opportunities, keynotes, and workshops for all employees. We work with a high degree of freedom with responsibility, and we support each other in our efforts to constantly become better at helping our clients create exceptional results.
Our unique culture offers a high level of autonomy, helpful colleagues, and a company striving to redefine the management consulting industry from within.
Make your next move matter.
Application deadline: 22 November 2026, 23:59
The first round of interviews will take place Thursday, week 49. We kindly ask you to keep these days available, as we have limited flexibility to offer alternative interview dates.
