Student Assistant for Employer Branding
- Part-time
- Office: Hellerup
Job Description
We’re looking for a Student Assistant to join our Global Brand team in Hellerup and help drive our employer branding activities.
What you’ll do
As our new student assistant for employer branding, you’ll play a key role in supporting and driving employer branding activities, working closely with colleagues across both Brand and Talent Attraction. The position offers a unique opportunity to take on significant responsibility within the employer branding area while gaining hands-on experience and exposure to a broad range of projects and stakeholders. As part of our team, you will contribute to both ongoing initiatives and longer-term employer branding efforts.
From day one, this role will come with a high degree of responsibility. So, if you thrive on ownership, taking initiative, and working independently, this may just be an ideal job for you.
Your main tasks will include (but certainly not be limited to):
- Planning and executing employer branding events and activities
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing strategic partnerships with universities and student organisations
- Supporting initiatives that strengthen our brand and student engagement
- Supporting the development of marketing materials and social media content
What you’ll bring
First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who is a great team player. On top of that, it would be great if you:
- are proactive, structured, and enjoy making things happen
- thrive when collaborating with many different people
- can keep a strong overview while managing several tasks at once
- have an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
Ideally, you’re a third-year bachelor student with an interest in employer branding, events, and marketing. Experience is of course a plus, but not a requirement.
What we offer
You’ll become part of our global Brand team of 25+ specialists and get hands-on experience with employer branding in an international consulting company.
On any given day in your new job, you’ll meet graphic designers, film producers, recruiters, copywriters, and – since we are a consultancy – a whole bunch of consultants ranging from people just starting their careers to the most experienced senior partners. This versatility is what we like about Implement, where flat hierarchies are just about the only rule we have, and we’re certain you will come to appreciate it too.
Come join us in Hellerup.
Location: Hellerup
Start date: ASAP and no later than 1 September.
Working hours: Part-time, with flexibility around your studies
Application deadline: 1/7/2026. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
