Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy and Consulting Intern to join our team at Impact Fundry. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting our strategy and consulting efforts, working closely with senior consultants to provide valuable insights and assist in client engagements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the finance industry and contribute to our firm's consulting projects.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support consulting engagements.
- Assist in data gathering and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for client projects.
- Support the development of strategic recommendations and actionable insights for clients.
- Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to create financial models and conduct financial analyses.
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes and capturing action items.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for consulting projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to consulting engagements.
- Provide general administrative support to the consulting team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or recent graduates).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with strategic management concepts and consulting frameworks is a plus but not required.
