Job Description

The application systems analyst would be responsible to design, deploy, and administer an enterprise instance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.   The analyst will participate in all phases of managing CRM instance, and will be responsible for supporting the CRM systems.


Responsibilities and deliverables include:

Participate
in all phases of MS Dynamics CRM systems management including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, training and post implementation
support.

Provide technical support to CRM applications on day to day operational basis using SLA oriented approach to monitor, track and close incidents and issues.

Work directly with business users like sales teams, Finance teams, senior management for gathering requirements and arriving at agreeable solutions

Work with technical teams like infrastructure, networking, SharePoint and ERP teams to design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and upgrades to CRM systems.

Perform root cause analysis to identify and isolate the cause for known problems or potential points of failures and provide solutions/workarounds to resolve them

Work in team oriented development environment using source control systems for coding and multi tier releases for rollouts (Development to QA to Production)

Document and update documentation to record all functional requirements and technical findings and solutions for all changes including incidents, problems and changes in standardized formats.

Display strong analytical/conceptual skills to provide original ideas or solutions to solve technical problems

Assist with project planning by providing realistic efforts estimates, schedules and risk assessment for any enhancement, change or development.

Provide technical solutions to customizations and integrations and lead project based technical team to implement the solutions.

Keep up with new trends in CRM technologies to improve the technical efficiency of existing customizations or to provide technical solutions to challenging problems/situations.

Provide training and assist business to expand the usage of CRM across the business unit.

Plan and manage the deployment of new reports, customizations or workflow changes, and integration with other business systems like SAP.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related area and 3 5 years
    of experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ASP, .NET, SQL Server, C# required

  • Experience
    in SharePoint, JavaScript preferred

  • Conceptual understanding of key areas of CRM preferred
