The purpose of the Account Executive (AE) face-to-face campaign is to give customers a simple and direct experience while upgrading their television, internet, and phone service. The primary job for an account executive is to reach out to a predetermined batch of residents within the community, considered warm leads. You then setup installation dates for the AT&T U-Verse suite of home service solutions, and you will be compensated for all packages sold directly by you.
As an AE you will be responsible for the following activities as directed by our management team:
Sales and marketing of the building(s) assigned to you.
Customer service for any issues the property may be currently experiencing related to U-Verse service, prior to the customer’s installation.
Create ways to generate sales and increase U-Verse penetration within the areas you are assigned.
Work closely with AT&T management, staff, and Image Direct Sales management to increase sales production.
Attend sales meetings in regular intervals, as determined by management.

Once you have completed your training, you will be provided with the following materials to assist you in being a successful AE:
U-Verse Shirts (provided by Image Direct)
Event Materials (provided by Image Direct and AT&T, as needed)
Marketing material (provided by Image Direct and AT&T)
Performance based pay
As an Account Executive you will be paid weekly for your commission on your sales.
Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver's License
Must be able to clear a thorough background and drug test
Must have transportation
Field Sales Experience Preferred
Spanish Speaking Preferred
Knowledge of U-Verse product preferred
