Job Description

Overview:

The Account Executive (AE) program was developed for the purpose of helping current and potential AT&T customers choose the best television, data, and voice package available to them. It is a relationship/sales program that is focused on Single Family Units/Homes (SFU). The primary job for an (AE) is to reach out to a predetermined batch of residents, considered warm leads, and setup installation dates for the AT&T U-Verse suite of products. Your goal is to be the main point of contact for all U-Verse sales that are generated in these homes and you will be compensated for all new television and data units sold directly by you.

 

Daily Responsibilities

As an AE you will be responsible for the following activities as directed by our management team:

  • Sales and marketing of the building(s) assigned to you.
  • Customer service for any issues the property may be currently experiencing related to U-Verse service, prior to the customer’s installation.
  • Create ways to generate sales and increase U-Verse penetration within the areas you are assigned.
  • Work closely with AT&T management, staff, and Image Direct Sales management to increase sales production.
  • Attend sales meetings in regular intervals, as determined by management.

The AT&T AE is the best supported U-Verse program throughout the country. When you become an AE with Image Direct Sales for AT&T U-Verse you will quickly learn that we are dedicated to making every one of our employees a success.

 

Once you have completed your training, you will be provided with the following materials to assist you in being a successful AE:

  • U-Verse Shirts (provided by Image Direct)
  • Event Materials (provided by Image Direct and AT&T, as needed)
  • Marketing material (provided by Image Direct and AT&T)
  • Performance based pay

 

As an Account Executive you will be paid weekly for your commission on your sales. 

Qualifications

Full-time (40 hrs/wk)

Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver's License

Must be able to clear a thorough background and drug test

Must have transportation

Field Sales Experience Preferred

Spanish Speaking Preferred

Knowledge of U-Verse product preferred
