To Support the implementation and follow up of the IKEA Service offer including Home Delivery, Article Assembly, Collection Point and Parcel delivery operations in alignment with our expansion plans always keeping the customer in focus.

The Transport and Services operations specialist will also coordinate the Transportation of all IKEA international and domestic shipments with the goal to secure article availability at all our Business Units for all our customers.

• Implement, follow up and report all pertaining Key Performance Indicators.
• Generate and implement solutions that create improvement on our processes.
• Support the development and Expansion of IKEA Services in the country.
• Actively working towards more sustainable transport solutions for Mexico.
• Actively seeking ways to improve efficiencies and reduce costs overtime.

• Enjoys interacting with many different people and networks from within and outside IKEA. The IKEA values truly reflect personal values.

• A desire to contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers by supporting the Logistics organization so the right quality and/or quantity is delivered at the right time and at the optimal cost.
• Advanced Excel software knowledge.
• Good analytical skills. Ability to understand, process and summarize large amounts of data in a simple way.
• Relevant experience in transportation and Services sourcing and operations.
• General knowledge of supply chains and logistics demands and processes.
• Proficiency in English. (Verbal and written) plus fluency in Spanish.
• Experience dealing with external business partners.
• Previous involvement in Customs, warehousing and PR&C, a plus
