The Position:  Program Manager (12-025-N)

In this position, the selected candidate will report to the VP of Engineering, and will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary development programs including silicon, firmware, hardware, and reference designs for COs (Central Office Equipment) targeting telecom operators and CPE Modems (Home/Customer Premises Equipment).  The program manager will be responsible for collecting and integrating schedules and dependencies from multiple managers for weekly review with engineering, marketing, and other general management teams.  The role will also include tracking action items from various program and staff meetings.

The target candidate for this role will foster highly collaborative solutions to project challenges, and drive to bring divergent approaches to problems together, within group settings.  Will understand how and when to identify issues that may compromise project efficiency and proactively escalate, and / or offer sound solutions which streamline.  Should have a proven history of assuming full ownership, ability to indentify and communicate all details and issues related to moving multidisciplinary development programs forward.  Will proactively drive the organization, schedule integration, and communication of all details pertaining to status of development programs including silicon, firmware, hardware, reference designs for Cos, and CPE Modems, through weekly status meetings, and regular communications as required.  Must possess great attention to detail and follow-up with tracking dependencies and effectively communicating status across principal team members, project teams and departments, to ensure successful completion of critical projects, within strict timelines.
