Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on colleague to join the Ignitis Eesti team. In this role, you will take ownership of the technical maintenance, seamless operation, and excellent physical condition of our rapidly expanding electric vehicle (EV) public charging network in Estonia.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Ensuring continuous operation, monitoring, maintenance, and fault diagnostics of operational assets and monitoring systems
- Organizing and coordinating contractors' work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards
- Performing periodic inspections of equipment and systems on schedule and within the allocated budget
- Managing and configuring equipment to maximize asset uptime while ensuring partner and customer satisfaction
- Analyzing asset failures and root causes and providing recommendations for strategic infrastructure development and modernization
- Managing spare parts inventory, warehouse stock, and coordinate logistics support
- Handling administrative reporting, maintain technical documentation, and prepare work completion and acceptance acts.
Qualifications
- Vocational education (Kutseharidus) or higher education in construction, engineering, energy, or a related technical field
- At least 1 year of experience in the installation and/or operation of electrical, automation, telecommunications, or HVAC systems and networks
- Proven track record in developing structured maintenance plans and/or operational schedules to efficiently organize, track, and manage a large-scale portfolio of technical assets
- A valid B-category driving license and a willingness to travel actively within Estonia.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Estonian and English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, MS Project)
- Analytical, practical, and highly organized with a proactive "can-do" attitude to solve technical issues on the ground.
