Role Location: This is a fully remote position based in the West Coast, USA, with occasional travel as needed. We are open to candidates with full right to work in the US.
How we work: This is a global position where you'll collaborate with leaders and colleagues across the AMER region (US & Canada) and APAC (Sydney & Brisbane). While your primary working hours will align with the Pacific timezone, you'll need to engage with teams across different time zones. We offer a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to structure your workday to effectively accommodate these global interactions when necessary
Job Description
Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, Demand Generation, who is based in Melbourne, Australia, the Senior Marketing Manager, AMER will play a critical role in shaping and executing Ignition’s local marketing strategy for the US. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that involves planning and delivering localized marketing initiatives to drive high-quality, engaged leads and qualified opportunities for the sales team, as well as fuel new trials to our product.
As part of the demand generation team, this role focuses on localizing global marketing campaigns, optimizing regional marketing efforts, and coordinating closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and success in our US market.
Key Responsibilities
Local Marketing Strategy: Formulate and execute localized marketing plans for the US market, aligning closely with the global demand generation strategy.
Campaign Localization: Work with the global marketing team to localize digital campaigns, messaging, and copy across multiple channels, ensuring relevance to the US market.
Webinars and Events: Plan and run local webinars, on-the-ground events, and other engagement activities to generate qualified leads and trials.
Collaboration with Sales & Revenue Operations: Partner with SDRs, AEs and RevOps to ensure alignment between marketing and sales, focusing on driving qualified opportunities and high-intent leads.
Content Creation: Develop localized marketing collateral, ensuring that messaging resonates with the US audience. Craft compelling copy for campaigns, email marketing, and events.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing: Utilize HubSpot and other marketing automation systems to optimize lead nurturing and qualification.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Lead A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Vertical Targeting: Experiment across multiple verticals to expand market reach, testing new tactics and partnerships with trade media and influencers.
Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with localized messaging and playbooks to support lead conversion.
PLG Motion: Support and optimize product-led growth initiatives in the US market by localizing trial communications and marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. PLG and sales-led experience is highly desirable. Thrives in fast paced environments with a bias for action.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation systems.
Proven track record in product-led growth (PLG) marketing strategies.
Experience working closely with sales teams (SDRs and AEs) and aligning marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth.
Strong copywriting and communication skills, with experience localizing content for the US market.
Experience with running webinars, events, and digital marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Agile and data-driven mindset, with experience running A/B experiments and optimizing campaigns based on performance.
- Experience working within a global marketing team, managing regional nuances while adhering to global strategy.
