Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving pipeline and accelerating revenue through targeted multi-channel campaigns—with a strong emphasis on account-based marketing (ABM), digital acquisition, and lead nurturing programs.
You’ll work closely with our regional marketing manager, sales, and global marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, execute campaigns, and continually optimise for performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation programs (email, paid media, webinars, digital campaigns) to drive marketing-sourced pipeline across key markets.
Support and scale account-based marketing initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Coordinate content creation and messaging, including emails, landing pages, speaker abstracts, digital touchpoints and webinar materials.
Partner with the marketing team to amplify the lead-gen impact of physical and digital events.
Own campaign performance tracking (KPIs: MQL, Engagement, CTRs, etc) and reporting using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms.
Manage pre- and post-campaign lead lists, routing in CRM, and follow-up coordination with sales and BDRs.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, ideally in the SaaS or tech space.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Exposure to ABM tools and tactics (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, LinkedIn Ads).
A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects across markets and teams.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
