We’re hiring a Director of Business Development (Sales Development) to build and lead that function.

Global BDR strategy across EMEA and North America (with scope to scale)
Leadership of a distributed, high-performing BDR team
ICP definition, outbound motions, and qualification standards
Coaching, development, and progression into AE roles
Close partnership with Sales and Marketing

What we’re looking for
This role will suit someone who can demonstrate:
Experience building and leading BDR/SDR teams in B2B SaaS
A track record of proactive, outbound-led pipeline creation
Strong enterprise qualification and coaching capability
Comfort operating in evolving, high-ownership environments
