Job Description

Join our IT and Digitalization Team!

You will be part of the IT and Digitalization function, working in an international and diverse environment to drive digital transformation across ib vogt. As Digital Program Manager you will support our digital transformation initiatives across IT, Digitalization, Data, and AI - contributing to portfolio governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery coordination across the organisation.

The right candidate is comfortable operating hands-on with digital tools and infrastructure, uses AI to accelerate their work, and brings the interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across business and IT teams from day one.

This is a growth role for an early-career PM with strong technical instincts who wants to develop into a senior Digital Program Manager within 2–3 years.

What you will be responsible for:

Portfolio Governance & Reporting

  • Support the establishment and operation of standardised IT/Digital project governance processes
  • Maintain portfolio reporting and dashboarding capabilities - including building and updating dashboards directly, not just commissioning others to do so
  • Prepare clear project updates, risk summaries, and management reports while ensuring visibility and traceability across digital initiatives through consistent tracking and documentation

Agile Delivery Support

  • Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, IT/Digital teams, and external vendors
  • Promote agile practices by enabling continuous improvement, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery transparency

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the link between business and IT/Digital stakeholders, clearly communicating status, risks, and key decisions
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change initiatives across transformation programs
  • Facilitate collaboration through workshops and promote effective team communication

Digital Adoption & Collaboration Culture

  • Advocate for digital-first, AI-enabled ways of working and drive awareness of transformation initiatives
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across business and IT/Digital teams
  • Encourage strong business ownership and active engagement in digital initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a PMO, digital delivery, IT coordination, or programme support role
  • Solid understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and agile delivery principles
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with both business and IT stakeholders
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills - written and verbal
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), M365 stack (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Office applications), and project delivery tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Comfortable building and maintaining reporting infrastructure directly, including Power BI or equivalent data visualisation tools
  • Active user of AI productivity tools (MS Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) with the ability to apply them effectively across drafting, research, summarisation, and analysis tasks.

Additional Information

  • A truly international working environment with colleagues from all over the world
  • An open-minded, friendly, dynamic, and highly motivated team
  • Interesting and challenging tasks, and thus a scope of professional growth and development
  • We encourage both team work and personal responsibility
  • Competitive remuneration, and other exciting benefits.
