Job Description

Role

Under the supervision of the Central Finance Team, the Finance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Delivering accurate financial reporting and analyses to support decision-making
  • Overseeing financial activities, including local accounting and cash flow management
  • Managing a Finance & Accounting Specialist
  • Collaborating closely with the General Manager, cross-functional teams and other partners to drive performance and strategic objectives
  • Contributing to the implementation of an EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solution
  • Supporting strategic initiatives, including M&A activities and other projects

This position is available on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
We are looking for someone who is available to join us as soon as possible (April/May 2026) for a period of 6 to 9 months.
The position can be based in Milan or Paris. 

Qualifications

  • Ability to operate autonomously and ensure continuity of finance operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and accounting skills
  • High level of rigor, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Leadership and team management capabilities, as well as communication and presentation skills
  • 3-10 years of professional experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Planning Analyst, or Financial Controller; exposure to M&A is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, and ideally experience with accounting software (Datev and/or Workday)
  • Fluent in both English and Italian
