Join the award-winning iad UK team, part of Europe’s largest estate agency group. We're looking for a dynamic Property Manager to join our Lettings team based at our beautiful HQ in Little Hadham, for an initial 12-months contract. This is a critical role in maintaining our growing portfolio and ensuring our clients and tenants receive exceptional service.
Job Description
- Manage your own portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenancies are sustained.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring prompt and quality service.
- Handle tenancy renewals and manage any arrears effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, arranging safety inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring properties meet the required standards.
- Handle end-of-tenancy checkouts, including deposit returns and any disputes.
- Provide fast, accurate, and efficient administrative support within a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, with a solid understanding of the lettings process.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent administrative, time management, and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. (Reapit User would be preferable)
- A team player who can also work independently, managing their own portfolio.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car for property inspections.
