Job Description

Position: L1 Desktop Support
Location: Burbank, CA
Duration: 4-6 months

No. of Positions: 6

Client is seeking qualified candidates for a refresh project who can perform support services such as Imaging Laptops/Desktops, Transferring Data, and other Support related services. The current migration are users who currently have Windows 7 and will be migrated to Windows 10.

Level I denotes an individual who has both proven field service experience (i.e. min. 1 year) and the technical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills necessary to independently perform and complete hardware diagnostic, repair and maintenance services for a wide range of products/brands.   Individual must have an A.S. degree or equivalent of vocational training and must meet minimum TTI OEM certification requirements. Level I techs report directly to any assigned On-Site Administrator and/or to the Technical Services Manager.
 
Skills

  • Good oral/written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic electronics
  • Proficient in Windows Operating Systems such as 7, 8.1, and 10
  • Must be competent in and/or certified for IBM, COMPAQ, HEWLETT PACKARD and/or APPLE systems
  • Professional, reliable, detail-oriented and motivated to learn
  • Must be able to work effectively within time constraints
