iNFiNiTi HR Company Limited (iHR), established in 2008, is the new frontier in skills development, recruitment and placement with a mission to bridge the gaps between skill sets required by employers and those of the most important renewable resource we have in Bangladesh, our people.
iHR bridges the job recruitment and placement gaps where employers looking for people with specific skills are matched up with skilled job seekers. For placement services, iHR provides training as per the needs of individual job seekers. As a value-add to the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service, iHR provides training to all candidates prior to the first interview with the potential employer.
We work with employers to understand their needs and culture, and then use our database and our network to find the right candidates for the jobs. We also provide training in soft skills, business communication and business etiquette to our trainees, in addition to trainings in specialized areas such as banking, manufacturing and retail.

Job Description
Operational
· Develops, manages, implements, supervise administration of Feed Mill operation
· Understand business strategy and business plans to ensure alignment of all initiatives in relevant areas
Sales & Customer Service
· Supervise all feed sales activities of Kazi Farms sales & customer service department
· Set targets for sales department & distributors & create incentives so targets are met
· Meet with key distributors & address their grievances, ensure transparency of sales process Raw Materials Purchase
· Ensure that raw materials of the correct quality specification are procured at lowest possible rate
· Ensure that materials received from suppliers are of acceptable quality & correct quantity
· Ensure transparency of purchase process
· Ensure quality control process
· Ensure that no required material is out of stock at any Feed Mill
Formulation
· Ensure that formulation meets specifications which are acceptable to our customers
· Ensure that cost is not unnecessarily high (for any particular specification)
Product Quality
· Ensure quality of product produced and quality raw material purchased and in storage
· Ensure that reported quality problems are investigated in a prompt and systematic manner so that acceptable quality is maintained
Feed Mill Management
· Set production & productivity targets, create incentives so that they are met
· Measure & ensure productivity of every shift
· Ensure that worker grievances are addressed in order to maintain healthy work environment
· Ensure preventive machine maintenance to prevent breakdowns
· Work with Administration Department to address problems with locals
Financial
· Identify cost reduction opportunities within the departments
reporting to the business line through re-alignment of work
processes, and appropriate manpower utilisation measures
· Participate in the budgeting exercise and provides inputs on cost
estimates for departments reporting to the service line
Qualifications
BBA/MBA or B.Sc/ M.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical or combination of both from top notch university
Minimum 15 -20 years work experience out of which at least 5 years in similar position in reputed organisation
Good understanding of leading edge automation systems and processes

Strategic
· Finalises, recommends, and implements the business and
operational strategy for Feed Mill
· Provides key inputs to the formulation of the Annual Operating
Plan (AOP)
· Participates in all strategic business review meetings and
continuously assists Board of Directors in strategic plan
development and implementation processes
People & Culture
· Take necessary steps to train and develop the employees and identify potential successors of the key roles
· Ensure internal customers satisfaction with various department of
· Enforces a performance driven culture amongst all employees of the Feed Mill by implementing and monitoring the performance management system using existing Performance Evaluation system
· Assesses performance of departmental heads in the service line and provides specific feedback and counselling
