iHR bridges the job recruitment and placement gaps where employers looking for people with specific skills are matched up with skilled job seekers. For placement services, iHR provides training as per the needs of individual job seekers. As a value-add to the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service, iHR provides training to all candidates prior to the first interview with the potential employer.
We work with employers to understand their needs and culture, and then use our database and our network to find the right candidates for the jobs. We also provide training in soft skills, business communication and business etiquette to our trainees, in addition to trainings in specialized areas such as banking, manufacturing and retail.
Our skills development programs prepare employees not only to competitive in the local market, but to meet the demands of competition in the international market as well.
Job Description
- Generating information of existing market about HR recruitment, placement, outsourcing, HR management , Corporate training and consultancy.
- Forming list of potential client organization for assignment.
- Capability of running a team of marketing on target basis.
- Preserving CV bank of potential job seekers and make appropriate link to potential employer for placement.
- Preparing capacity of proposal of product offer to clients.
- Capable of planning and executing marketing plan.
- Supervising, monitoring and reporting the marketing team for achieving the sales target as per plan.
- Maintain excellent client relation with additional value as customer service for maximum client retention.
- Organizing necessary business meeting with top management of client and own company.
- Manage the routine sales and marketing target and preparing the development activities as strategic needs of business development.
Qualifications
Higher National Diploma in Marketing or
BBA/ MBA in Marketing with substantial hands on experience of working with similar kind of organization for minimum 5 years in the similar field.
