Job Description

  • Must have the basic knowledge on total HRM, HRD, HR Administration, Organizational Development and providing assistants to the following area;
  • Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
  • Conducting staff performance evaluations
  • Provide and execute in developing human resource plans
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance
  • Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process.
  • Conduct HR audit & TNA.
  • Execute HR Policies and procedures
  • Hands on preparing the primary job of  Compensation Management, Leave Management, Career Management, Talent Management, Retention Management, Succession planning, HR Decision.
  • Handle Legal related HRM issues.

Qualifications

  • Higher National Diploma in HRM
  • BBA/MBA major in HRM or
  • Graduation/Masters with PGDHRM.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Computer proficiency is essential, including advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must have an understanding to grab the knowledge of the main business of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and see tasks through to completion.
  • Desire to learn new things with positive attitude.
  • Ability to understand the Job needs Assessment of the organization.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving challenges.
  • Ability to adopt in multitasks.
  • Working attitude of team player and tactful doer.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of reporting requirements.
  • Acceptable typing speed..
  • Must have good language skills (both written and speaking) in English.
