Job Description

  • Ensure sales achievement as per target. (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly)
  • Regular interactions and conduct productive sales calls independently to increase sales.
  • Assist Dept. Head to formulate and execute special programs relating to Sales.
  • Sales Planning, forecasting & determining strategies and meet target.
  • Develop clients by comparative market trends analysis.
  • Follow up clients through phone call, e-mail, physical visit basis to generate sales
  • Door to Door client visit as and when required.
  • Answer customers on products, prices, availability, uses, payment terms and condition.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Able to provide sales report/ Market forecast.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
  • Pro-actively search, develop and engage into new customer relationships.
  • Deliver excellent sales and after-sales services to establish trust, customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly conduct market research & study to identify the product gap and take initiative to fill the gap.
  • Know to handle difficult customer.

Qualifications

  • Higher National Diploma in Marketing
  • BBA/MBA in Marketing

  • Must be fluent in English both oral and writing.
