Job Description

Ibbü 

iAdvize provides the market with a unique platform that uses a blend of AI and human touch, particularly thanks to the ibbü community. Ibbü is a human service offered to customers of the conversational platform developed by iAdvize.
It is a community of independent (freelancers), passionate, and paid experts that the ibbü team makes available to brands in order to provide the best advice to their customers during their online shopping experience. These experts are passionate about the world and/or the brands for which they take care of the requests, which makes the visitor experience unique and extremely qualitative.

Our value proposition is to offer the best respondent on the market to address customers' questions. The ibbü team is responsible for ensuring a top level of quality and reliability of our communities of ibbü experts. This involves selecting and training the right experts, tracking their performances over time, and overall managing and animating the community of experts. 

 

As ibbü Community Manager intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks : 

Ibbü experts sourcing : 

  • Help with sourcing the best experts to join the ibbü community in a dynamic B2C acquisition and respecting the eligibility criteria defined by the ibbü team.  To do so, participate in inbound marketing actions and analyze the return on investment (ROI) associated. You will also participate in building marketing materials, selection quizzes, and campaigns to attract and identify the best experts. 
  • You will act as a preferred point of contact for experts in their membership process throughout the expert journey.

Community operations management : 

  • You will be responsible for overlooking, reporting, and managing ibbü account experts' activities. 
  • You will optimize the experts' day-to-day activities with a view to performance (increased presence, volume of contacts, CSAT, increase CVR,  etc.). This includes analyzing performance changes and coming up with solutions on how to improve.
  • You will also act as a preferred point of contact for experts on the ibbü solution via live feed and other tools used, which includes content creation and regular exchanges with experts.

Customer relationship management : 

  • As an ambassador for ibbü projects and in collaboration with the account teams, you will participate in onboarding projects with new customers and follow up on customer relations over time. This includes regular client-facing meetings

Qualifications

  • Currently wrapping up a Bachelor’s degree / or graduated form a Bachelor's degree, ideally in the marketing or communication fields. 
  • At least one experience (internship included) in a similar community management, community operations, community engagement, or digital platform management position would be appreciated. 

Hard skills : 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Great organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge of or interest in learning marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the basic eCommerce metrics and tools. Comfortable with numbers and reporting tools.

Soft skills : 

  • You are a people person: you deeply care for our experts and want to help them give their very best every day.
  • You have a passion for brands and a desire to help them deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • You are detail-oriented: you will understand and execute precisely our operations to keep the engine running smoothly. You are quick and rigorous.
  • You have a critical mindset: you know how to spot an opportunity and recommend improvements.
  • You are creative: you love creating content (emails, social media posts, FAQ articles, etc.), and bringing new ideas and concepts to the table.

Additional Information

  • Contract: full time internship. If the internship is satisfactory, it may quickly lead to a full time position. 
  • Compensation : internship wage
  • Workplace: This position is open to full-remote from the US territory. If you live in Massachusetts, know that iAdvize's US office is based in Downtown Boston.
  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • You must be able to complete a full-time internship for a duration of 4 months minimum.
  • You must be able to complete this internship legally with no sponsorship.
