What’s the opportunity?

The Product Researcher is a highly-autonomous role with endless opportunities to impact iAdvize teams, clients, and product from idea to product launch. You will join a team of passionate product designers and product managers focused on crafting high-quality products that deliver real value to our customers.

Your core mission will be to help Product & Design teams to make evidence-based decisions, using user insights & data. 

Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, Engineers and Marketing, you will kick-off and lead research projects, generate & communicate actionable insights and build customer empathy that will lead to concrete impact on our product strategy.

What will be my missions?

  • Have conversations with our customers and transform it into structured and formal research studies that will provide partner teams with meaningful and actionable insights
  • Conduct user research studies, from 1:1 interviews with our customers to large-scale surveys and product/customer/market data analyses
  • Communicate compelling research insights and recommendations across iAdvize, making them documented & accessible to the whole organization
  • Prioritize research actions that will have an impact on customer experience and drive positive business outcomes for iAdvize, knowing how to put aside the nice-to-have
  • Empower product teams and others to user research, bringing them closer to the end-user
  • Challenge our way of thinking and working, contribute to the improvement of our Product & Research processes and tools in order to help the organization to scale

  • Anne Pedro, Head of Product Design (ex: UX-Republic)
  • Florent Gosselin, CPO (ex: DoYouBuzz, Zlio)

Qualifications

What skills do I need?

  • Experience in conducting complex research using mixed methods, being comfortable using quantitative or qualitative research
  • Experience in building trusted and efficient relationship with product managers and designers to impact product & research practices
  • Excellent communication skills, knowing how to transform complex research insights into compelling & actionable stories
  • A great sense of empathy towards users and team members
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • High level of autonomy and creativity: rigorous in your methodological approaches, you are pragmatic in setting your priorities and know how to adapt your way of thinking for more impact
  • A passion for creating qualitative and impactful products

Bonus points

  • Master degree in ergonomics, psychology, sociology, marketing or other human science
  • Mastery of tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Maze, Figma, Lookback & Product Board
  • A strong understanding / experience of SAAS industry
  • SQL knowledge
  • Understanding of legal context concerning data protection (GDPR…)
