Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on high-potential businesses that are a good fit to partner with iAdvize about conversational strategies
  • Work with the account team to develop our strategic account planning approach
  • Develop strong sales, change management and product knowledge
  • Interact with sponsors and influencers via telephone and email
  • Update customer and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure effective project management
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for the sales team or yourself
  • Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly account and pipeline development quota
  • Build strong relationships with our marketing team and Account Executives, where we pull together to maximize the win for our business
  • Invest in your self-development, focusing on the skills and attributes that will make you successful in your core role and get your ready to step up

 

Onboarding overview:

  • By the end of month 1 in iAdvize, you will:
    • Have met your new team
    • Have met most of the iAdvize family 
    • Have a good understanding of what makes iAdvize’s value proposition so special
    • Understand how our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams all work together
  • By the end of month 2, you will:
    • Have had a successful Sales & Account Development training 
    • Be comfortable talking to clients and prospects on the phone about iAdvize
    • Have worked with our account executive team on your first opportunity
    • Have shadowed “bazillions” of calls and practiced a “humongous” amount of role plays
  • By the end of month 3, you will:
    • Know our sales funnel inside and out, and feel confident to add value to our sales organization
    • Show clear delivery of our sales methodologies
    • Provide insights to both our sales development organization and marketing organization to help us to continue to iterate and improve
    • Started delivering your ramp quota

    Qualifications

    What we are looking for:

    • Superior communication skills including strong phone conversation skills, active listening, and excellent writing skills in German with English or French as a second spoken language
    • A phenomenal character with an incredible drive for success, high work ethic, curious by nature and obsessed with smashing sales goals
    • Desire to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment
    • Passionate about cutting-edge technology with the aptitude to learn new and exciting IT software products, as well as, understand business-critical solutions quickly
