Job Description

You will join our US office and work closely with: The global Expert Engagement team and the Head of Customer Success US.

You will be in charge of the ibbü community in the US market. 

Your daily missions:

  • Analyse the clients’ needs and set up a strategy to meet the objectives
  • Acquire the best experts to join brands’ campaigns 
  • Lead the experts’ onboarding process with the US customers
  • Manage the community of experts to boost engagement and performance
  • Optimize the workflow to source and manage the experts
  • Manage your own budget.

Qualifications

First of all, you’re a person with a strong sense of entrepreneurship. Ibbü is new in the US market with a real potential. We need someone who has been involved in the launch of a concept and developed it. 

Secondly, you have great communication skills. You know how to talk to senior executives and convince them. You’re familiar with marketing tools in order to develop and engage the community. You're a tech savvy. 

A prior experience in the gig economy would be highly appreciated!
