Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager & Customer Experience Advisor you will be the key contact for our clients from the very beginning through their life-time, acting as a trusted advisor.

In a nutshell, your main missions are :

  • Establish a strong relationship with our prospects and existing clients
  • Guarantee the quality and the optimization of our service to our customers.
  • As a background activity, you build and maintain knowledge around our customers’ industries. You understand how their business is transforming, and you identify how iAdvize can address their need for change, leveraging iAdvize case studies.
  • You advise our customers, being their trusted expert. You challenge them on their need to transform, leveraging your knowledge of their market and relevant collaterals like market and case studies. You lead the scoping workshop, aiming at designing the conversational strategy transforming their customer experience. You map the brand customer journey, design the solution including iAdvize products, services and ecosystem. You design the value roadmap helping customers ramping up their conversation strategy.

 

You will report directly to the DACH Country Manager and work closely with the Sales team.

    • At least one year experience in SaaS industry
    • Experience in pre-sales missions
    • Strong business acumen 
    • Self-driven and proactive nature
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
