Job Description
In the role of Business Development Manager EMEA, you are responsible for identifying prospects and closing new business in the European markets. The main achievement is to establish strong relationships with future customers and provide key insights on tools developed by Hybe.
You are a self-starter with a “get things done” mentality. Always searching for new leads, focus on improving the process or do research to constantly keep growing. Besides growing the company with new customers, you will also build and manage relationships, know our tools, and manage and optimise accounts.
Responsibilities:
As Business Development Manager, you;
- identify, prioritize, and close new developers who integrate and use the company's platform to advertise their mobile applications. This includes internal/external communication to ensure that new clients are successfully launched and transitioned to the Mobile Programmatic Experts.
- Work proactively and efficiently with our CRM tool (Pipedrive) to align business processes
- Find effective solutions for the client's problems based on the capabilities of our platform and expertise;
- Work with internal teams like our Mobile Programmatic Experts and Data Science teams to maximize the customer experience.
- Actively promote and develop Hybe.io products and increase its market presence.
- Represent the company, its mission, values and achievements at industry events, trade shows and meetings with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Effectively building a prospect list, with a strong ability to transition prospects into clients.
- Have a track record of exceeding targets and Key performance metrics.
- Comfortable with targets and a sound commercial awareness
- Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills. You are fluent in English and a second European language (ideally German, Spanish or French).
- Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
- Being based in Europe is a big plus
Additional Information
Industry knowledge:
- Experience working at mobile gaming or mobile ad-tech company.
- Understand the terms and specifics of Ad Tech/Programmatic/Ad Networks/DSP/SSP/Big Data/Data Science/Machine Learning;
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales at a high level;
- Knowledge of digital advertising market in Europe
- Have a good knowledge of digital advertising various related topics;
- Know and effectively apply different sales techniques;
- Be able to build friendly and trusting relationships with clients and the team;
- Be flexible, inquisitive, cheerful, productive, hardworking, and optimistic.
- Connections in the European mobile app/gaming community are a huge plus.
