• Positions Objective:

• • The Investment Associate will be involved in all aspects of the investment cycle from cradle to grave.

• Principal Responsibilities:

• • • Support the Debt Capital Markets and Merger & Acquisitions BCP teams with local prospects. Follow up client meetings and potential transactions.   
    • Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
    • Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations and pitchbooks.
    • Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
    • Proven proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, with strong financing modeling skills.
    • Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
    • Create sophisticated analyses for tracking and reviewing returns and performance transactions.
    • Evaluate research data and produce real time valuation.
    • Prepare and present reporting to executives and committees

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Formation: 

• • BS degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Industrial Engineering or in related field
• Languages & Experience:
• • At least two year experience at similar roles.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Portuguese a plus.
• Qualifications
• • Excellent analytical skills and Excel modeling capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, internal and external professional communications
  • Understanding of private equity, investment risk and real estate investments.
  • Prefer candidates who have exposure to all commercial real estate properties/assets (office, mixed-use, high density urban projects a plus)
  • Must be a motivated and driven individual who can work well in a small team setting.

Travel activities might be needed.
